I tend to go into trying new skincare and having zero expectations. Especially for products that tend to be overhyped. So when I purchased the Augustinus Bader The Cream, I wasn’t expecting anything. I honestly thought I’d hate it. It’s a simple lightweight texture, absorbs well, doesn’t leave skin feeling tacky.
It contains their TFC8 complex that helps to protect and support cell renewal, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Shea, aloe, sunflower seed, soybean protein, squalane, and a bunch of others backed by science. And what I found when using this cream surprised me. I used it every night for a week. And at times even during the day. I noticed my forehead lines not being so pronounced.
I noticed balance around my nose and cheeks. I noticed my skin needed less. Less moisture underneath, less exfoliating. My skin just looks less dull and more awake. And started to even put as well.
Not expecting these results, I was pretty floored. Yes this cream is expensive but in my opinion, worth a try. I reach for it when my skin is a little parched or when I exfoliated one evening and need something cushioned.
Have you tried something you had zero expectations for and fell in love?
