Bath House Kombu Seaweed Hydrating Eye Cream gifted in exchange for a review.
This product stings a little on application and afterwards (hopefully that means it’s working!), but it hasn’t caused any irritation. It smells a bit odd, but it’s not unpleasant. (I’m probably just getting used to the kombu seaweed scent as it’s not something I’ve encountered before.) It goes on pretty easily, which is good for an eye cream as you don’t want to be rubbing the delicate area and making it worse. The area under my eyes has also been softer. I can sometimes have quite dry skin in that area, but I haven’t experienced it since using this product, which is great.
Retail price: £34 for 15ml at The Bath House.
The lid isn’t recyclable, but the glass pot and cardboard box are.
The box tells you exactly what can and can’t be recycled, which I love!
The price seemed a little high to me for such a small pot, but since using it I’ve realised it lasts for agesssss as you only need a tiny tiny amount, so it works out price wise. I’ve been using this every night for over 2 months now and I’m not even half way through! The Bath House is also cruelty free, which is fantastic. This cream has made my under eye area nice and soft so I can see it works, but I’m personally not a fan of the tingly feeling so I won’t be buying this. Thank you The Bath House for letting me try this product.
