[REVIEW] Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Multi-Recovery Complex

The Estée Lauder NEW and improved Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Multi-Recovery Complex serum now has added Chronolux™ Power Signal Technology. This deep and fast-penetrating serum reduces the look of multiple signs of aging caused by environmental aggressors. The skin looks smoother, younger, more radiant and even toned. The packaging is also now glass and recycleable.

This serum contains hyaluronic acid to lock in moisture, antioxidants for powerful protection against environmental damage and is free of parabens, phthalates, sulfites, sulfates and mineral oil. It is ideal for people with multiple signs of aging, loss of firmness and tone, lines and wrinkles, dryness and dehydration, dullness and loss of radiance, and uneven skintone to visibly prevent aging.

The scent is just like I remember the old formula to be. It’s somewhat herbally but not too strong and doesn’t linger. The skin feels slightly tacky and supple after application, but once you apply your moisturizer the tackiness goes away. This serum does absorb quickly so even though a little goes a long way you have to work it quickly into the skin or you’ll have to go in with more. For an extra boost, you can also apply this serum in the morning and I like that tacky feeling in my serums when I plan to use them under foundation just because I feel like it helps grip the foundation more. It performed well under my makeup products and didn’t tamper with the finish but helped smooth out my fine lines.

In terms of results the skin immediately feels plump and hydrated. I was only gifted a sample for 7 days but the way my skin was feeling I do think this serum can give the results it claims. However, the full sizes are pretty pricey. I’ve always thought that you should invest in skincare as it is the most important and this is without a doubt a very luxurious serum. However, in my opinion you can get similar results with more affordable products if you’re on a budget, although it may take longer.
