So the most important product of my skincare routine – Purito Centella Green Level Unscented Sun SPF 50+ PA++++. This is the only part of the review where i’m going to talk about how important it is!
Who else has this product, and what do you think of it??
REVIEW: 9.8/10
TEXTURE – it’s a lovely texture, a semi-thick creamy consistency, feels and spreads very nicely across the skin, more of a moisturiser consistency over one of a usual spf.
FRAGRANCE – N/A (apart from one I got which has a slight medicinal smell but nothing major).
FINISH – glowy! I have quite oily/combo skin, so people, with a similar skin type to me, may find it a little too moisturising and oily, however I really love the glowy look and it settles well, and sits nicely under foundation and doesn’t pill unless rubbed. Due to this being a chemical suncream it leaves no white cast which is ideal, and makes it perfect for darker skincare tones too
INGREDIENTS – the ingredients are AMAZING. full stop. Centella asiatica – a very well known calming and anti inflammatory agent, niacinamide – for brightening, sebum control, glycerin – natural moisturiser, hyaluronic acid – hydrating agent, as well as many other great ingredients!! Also unlike western chemical UV filters the one is this: Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate is a new generation, safe chemical sunscreen agent (not available in the US/Europe due to impossible FDA regulations) that’s designed for high UVA protection and high photostability, without environmental issues.
BOTTLE – clean/simple
DOWNSIDES? – The size in my personal opinion as I use so much of it.
PRICE – I paid £22.21 from pureseouluk but for next day delivery 🙂 then £11.29 from stylevana_sv and £9.59 from yesstyle (both with 1 month though) – it ends up being quite an investment so the lower price is definitely better as you’ll need to buy it often, like any suncream!
CRUELTY FREE? Yes
VEGAN? Yes
Would be an absolute 10/10 if I wasn’t bitter about the fact I can’t buy korean skincare at my beck and call.
